Speaking

Claire frequently speak at live and online events for health and exercise professionals, workplace health and wellbeing, sporting organisations and women’s groups. She is available for speaking engagements, both in person and online.

Women’s physical health, sport and exercise

Claire regularly speaks at events for organisations associated with women, physical health, sport and exercise. These include the National Running Show, Bristol Running Show, Physios in Sport Conference, Everywoman Festival 2023 and 2024, University of Bristol Performance Athletes, England Hockey, England Women’s Rugby, Bristol and West Running Club and Westbury Harriers Running Club. She has also taught on the University of Bristol’s MSc in Physical Activity, Nutrition and Public Health and Postgraduate Vesalius Anatomy Training Programme.

Workplace health

Claire regularly give talks and masterclasses on physical health and women’s health in the workplace for organisations and institutions. These include speaking engagements for NHS , The Metropolitan Police, Avon and Somerset and Devon and Cornwall Police, University College London, University of Bristol, The British Dietetic Association, Royal Horticultural Society, Bristol City Council, Osborne Clarke Legal, Somerset Bridge Insurance Group and Brambles/CHEP. She also works with Talking Menopause to help deliver specialist menopause training to support employees affected by the menopause, their colleagues and managers, helping to increase productivity, staff retention and satisfaction.
